• Marketing (with consent): to send you promotions and product updates—you may withdraw consent anytime.

With Whom We Share

• Regulators: ADGM FSRA, UAE Central Bank, or law enforcement under subpoena.


• Service Providers: payment gateways, KYC vendors, cloud hosts, all bound by strict confidentiality.


• Affiliates & Auditors: for internal and external compliance checks.
